This is not a social media or traditional marketing position. HDR works on engineering projects that help build Idaho's infrastructure, and this person plays an important role in winning these projects through proposal submittals. This is an exciting and challenging position ideally suited for a creative, self-motivated leader who works well in a team. HDR is hiring a Graphic Designer/Senior Marketing Coordinator with strong graphic design, writing, and organizational skills to join our team in Boise, Idaho. This is not a social media or traditional marketing position. HDR works on engineering projects that help build Idaho's infrastructure, and this person plays an important role in winning these projects through proposal submittals. This is an exciting and challenging position ideally suited for a creative, self-motivated leader who works well in a team.

In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:

  • Support pursuit teams in developing persuasive proposals, interview presentations, and additional materials, including layout in InDesign in compliance with HDR Brand Standards
  • Monitor client and industry websites for solicitation status
  • Help file management of proposal and presentation material upon submittal
