Assisting the Senior Designer in image sourcing for a variety of projects. Designing web assets, such as gallery banners, homepage assets, & more Assisting the Senior Designer in asset optimization (including but not limited to file exporting and converting, email slicing, GIF creation, and more.) Working cross-functionally with various teams including Brand, Social, Template Design, CRM, and more. Staying up to date with the latest design trends and strategies, integrating new resources and techniques where needed. Focus on optimizing engagement from a consumer perspective. Responsibilities:

  • Developing visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for all brand marketing assets (including but not limited to organic social, digital ads, blog, emails, partnerships, and more.)
  • Assisting the Senior Designer in image sourcing for a variety of projects.
  • Designing web assets, such as gallery banners, homepage assets, & more
  • Assisting the Senior Designer in asset optimization (including but not limited to file exporting and converting, email slicing, GIF creation, and more.)
  • Working cross-functionally with various teams including Brand, Social, Template Design, CRM, and more. 
  • Staying up to date with the latest design trends and strategies, integrating new
  • resources and techniques where needed.
  • Focus on optimizing engagement from a consumer perspective. Can you design effectively, grab attention, communicate an idea, and engage the audience?

Additional Preferred Requirements:

  • No less than 3 years of design experience (ideally in an in-house creative environment for e-commerce, brand, or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Experience with project management apps (Asana) and Google Suite
  • Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, visual arts, or equivalent work experience
  • A keen eye for typography, colors, layout, and photography
  • Exceptional attention to detail in proofing, formatting, file exports, and QA processes 
  • Self-sufficient, able to work autonomously
  • Must be able to work from the Evite office in Glendale, CA 3 days a week. 

The compensation range for this role is $60-70K.
