Enhancing the Menus experience by contributing to our design system and evolving core patterns that support consistency across restaurant tools — from item-level controls to multi-brand management. Championing user-centered design by advocating for the needs of restaurant operators, delivery staff, and internal teams, while navigating technical constraints and business trade-offs with clarity and conviction. This role is ideal for a systems thinker who’s energized by operational complexity, obsessive about details, and motivated by the opportunity to build foundational tools that make restaurants more successful every day. What we’re looking for You have 8+ years of experience in product or UX design Ability to be a strategic partner by understanding the competitive environment and building a vision for how the product will fit in the market Strong full-stack design skills; from interaction design to visual design to system thinking, and everything in between. Proven track record in building products from the ground up and working effectively with cross-functional partners Solid communication skills and ability to effectively prioritize projects Foster a collaborative team environment and make sound judgements based on user data, insights and business objectives A deep curiosity and passion for the food industry, translating into innovative designs that change the way we think about how meals make it on a plate Why join us Growing market: You’ll be focused on an $80 billion market that’s projected to reach at least $500 billion by 2030 in the US alone. Changing the restaurant industry: You’ll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery. Collaborative environment: You will receive support and guidance from experienced colleagues and managers, helping you to learn, grow, and achieve your goals, and you’ll work closely with other teams to ensure our customers’ success.
