Overview As the Director of Product Design, you will be instrumental in steering the design of groundbreaking mobile activity platforms and experiences reminiscent of Strava and Duolingo's gamification techniques. This position requires all hires to be onsite Monday - Thursday out of our Los Angeles (Playa Vista) office, with the option to WFH on Friday. We are seeking a leader to join us as a Manager, Structural Modeling, Design & Drafting. The Engineering Design & drafting Manager is responsible for management of discrete engineering modeling & drafting and the support of the project objectives. This position will be located in Houston, TX.  Travel may be required depending on project location Responsibilities: Project Leadership: Lead the piping design team in delivering high-quality designs and models. Oversee and ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify scope and objectives. Piping Design and Engineering: Develop and review piping layouts, isometrics, and 3D models using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, PDMS, SP3D). Overview


As the Director of Product Design, you will be instrumental in steering the design of groundbreaking mobile activity platforms and experiences reminiscent of Strava and Duolingo's gamification techniques. This role demands a visionary leader capable of orchestrating the design strategy and execution across our entire product lineup. You will report directly to the VP of Product and lead a dynamic team of designers, all while working in close synergy with Product, Engineering, QA, and Data Science teams to deliver designs that resonate with our user base and uphold the Blitz brand.

This position requires all hires to be onsite Monday - Thursday out of our Los Angeles (Playa Vista) office, with the option to WFH on Friday.
