As an GaN Circuit Design Engineer, you will: Gain hands-on experience in all phases of RF circuit design (schematic, layout, verification) for one of the most complex GaN circuits in the industry. Utilize Keysight’s Advanced Design System (ADS) for circuit design. Contribute to digital and analog system design, GaN packaging strategies, and digital interface solutions. Perform system-level analysis and define chip requirements for optimal performance. Support design for test and design for manufacturability focus activities for the GaN blocks of the RU RF circuit. Participate in design reviews and collaborate on technical and business discussions with foundries.
