Produce print materials such as brochures, business cards, newsletters, and event/trade show graphics. Develop impactful presentations by transforming complex technical data into clear, audience-appropriate visuals. Capture and edit high-quality photography and video, supporting internal storytelling, customer communication, and training efforts. Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all visual content. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, business development, and leadership to translate technical and strategic goals into effective design. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adapting to evolving priorities. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects). Experience with PowerPoint, print production, and digital media tools. Demonstrated ability to develop designs from technical content and photography. Knowledge of layout principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and branding systems. Experience in video and photo production, including shooting, editing, and post-production. Ability to work with technical teams to translate complex ideas into accessible visuals. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Other duties may be assigned. We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Graphic Designer to support our growing defense technology business in Miamisburg, Ohio. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Qualified Candidates will be able to:

  • Create visually compelling technical product sheets, capability statements, and data sheets using engineering content and imagery.
  • Design and maintain digital assets including web pages, social media graphics, digital ads, and landing pages.
  • Produce print materials such as brochures, business cards, newsletters, and event/trade show graphics.
  • Develop impactful presentations by transforming complex technical data into clear, audience-appropriate visuals.
  • Capture and edit high-quality photography and video, supporting internal storytelling, customer communication, and training efforts.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all visual content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, business development, and leadership to translate technical and strategic goals into effective design.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).
  • Experience with PowerPoint, print production, and digital media tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop designs from technical content and photography.
