Time Management/Reporting Plan and organize your activities to meet all deadlines, enhance performance, maximize productivity, and increase efficiency. Set goals and timelines, be proactive with your tasks, and set clear exceptions for yourself. Report back regularly to the team key learnings, overall results, and opportunities for improvement for all priority projects. Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 4 to 6 years experience as a Graphic Designer. Previous experience in Design for a Fashion or Beauty brand preferred. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed. Takes direction and constructive critiques well while also having the ability to work autonomously and provide self-direction when needed. Must have a creative portfolio that features typography work and creative branding projects. Must have a design talent, including detailed sense of typography, photography, and design layout. Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Bridge. Experience with making basic GIFs and video graphics. Reporting to our Creative Director of Brand, the Graphic Designer will operate and lead in a fast-paced environment. Always with the goal to innovate and elevate the brand’s content. The Graphic Designer, will be responsible for executions across all brand marketing channels (email, social, web, retail, etc.) using our brand identity system.
This role will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure we are meeting our weekly deadlines. They will provide Design guidance and leadership across the email, paid social and web creative channels. The Graphic Designer, must think strategically, move fast towards deadlines; excellent project management skills; a keen eye for compelling and innovative content; and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

    • Strategy
    • Work with appropriate cross functional team members to become fully aligned in order to design into projects.
    • Continuous research and understanding to stay ahead of trends for the Creative and Fashion landscape.
    • Thorough understanding of all content opportunities and ensure we are utilizing appropriate art across all assets.
    • Support executing in-house cutting-edge content to support the brand message.
    • Execution
    • Partner with the Creative Director of Brand to help manage & oversee brand projects.
    • Oversee and create on-brand creative assets across all brand marketing channels and initiatives ensuring we are meeting all weekly design deadlines.
    • Provide design and art direction guidance and leadership across creative channels: email, social, web, etc.
    • Design static and motion-based creatives for paid ad campaigns (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google).
    • Create multiple variations of each ad to test performance and optimize for conversion. As well as analyze creative performance and proactively propose improvements and new ideas.
    • Time Management/Reporting
    • Plan and organize your activities to meet all deadlines, enhance performance, maximize productivity, and increase efficiency.
    • Set goals and timelines, be proactive with your tasks, and set clear exceptions for yourself.
    • Report back regularly to the team key learnings, overall results, and opportunities for improvement for all priority projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 4 to 6 years experience as a Graphic Designer.
    • Previous experience in Design for a Fashion or Beauty brand preferred.
    • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed.
    • Takes direction and constructive critiques well while also having the ability to work autonomously and provide self-direction when needed.
    • Must have a creative portfolio that features typography work and creative branding projects.
    • Must have a design talent, including detailed sense of typography, photography,
    • and design layout.
    • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Bridge.
    • Experience with making basic GIFs and video graphics. Familiarity with video editing is a plus.
    • Resourceful, can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within our exciting company.
