Overview We are seeking a talented and innovative CLO 3D Design Lead to join our dynamic Design Team. This role is pivotal in visualizing original designs using existing apparel design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, as well as the latest in 3D and AI technology for modern and engaging presentations. This role also supports change management activities, testing new design tools, training, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will embody a culture of innovation and continual process improvement, creating space for new ways of working, testing, and learning for the Design function. Responsibilities Visualize the team's original designs using Adobe Creative Suite and advanced 3D and AI technology. Create high-quality renders for creative projects, fashion collections, and presentations. Serve as a digital product creation evangelist and support resource, inspiring the design team and enhancing their work, by teaching the design team to create high-quality renders from hand sketches, Illustrator sketches, concept images, and/or 3D Protos. Partner with the Director of 3D Implementation to drive implementation plans and change management activities. Support the Design Team in developing new digital workflows, job aids, and training curriculum. Conduct training sessions and onboarding for new team members, often in collaboration with software partners. Assist in the testing, evaluation, selection and running of POCs (Proof of Concepts) for new software, providing feedback and recommendations. Identify workflow pain points and find solutions through software partners and digital tools, such as automations, APIs, plugins, and scripts. Provide and define best practices and standards for all 3D outputs from Design, including fabric, trim and garment modeling and rendering. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in large scale fashion retail in Digital Product Creation, Product Development or Product Design function.. 5+ years of advanced skills on 3D applications such as CLO 3D, Browzwear, Substance Suite, Modo, and/or fabric analyzers and scanners. Experience or exploration in AI visualization tools. Extensive experience working in partnership with technology teams and the business to research, select, implement and develop new tools. Deep understanding of the apparel development process. Expertise in fit and pattern making is a plus, including grading, construction, and manufacturing methods for multiple product types, categories, and divisions. Ability to work in an extremely collaborative, fast-paced environment. Strong customer orientation and creative drive. Project management skills. Overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative CLO 3D Design Lead to join our dynamic Design Team. This role is pivotal in visualizing original designs using existing apparel design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, as well as the latest in 3D and AI technology for modern and engaging presentations. This role also supports change management activities, testing new design tools, training, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will embody a culture of innovation and continual process improvement, creating space for new ways of working, testing, and learning for the Design function.

Responsibilities

  • Visualize the team's original designs using Adobe Creative Suite and advanced 3D and AI technology.
  • Create high-quality renders for creative projects, fashion collections, and presentations.
  • Serve as a digital product creation evangelist and support resource, inspiring the design team and enhancing their work, by teaching the design team to create high-quality renders from hand sketches, Illustrator sketches, concept images, and/or 3D Protos.
  • Partner with the Director of 3D Implementation to drive implementation plans and change management activities.
  • Support the Design Team in developing new digital workflows, job aids, and training curriculum.
  • Conduct training sessions and onboarding for new team members, often in collaboration with software partners.
  • Assist in the testing, evaluation, selection and running of POCs (Proof of Concepts) for new software, providing feedback and recommendations.
  • Identify workflow pain points and find solutions through software partners and digital tools, such as automations, APIs, plugins, and scripts.
  • Provide and define best practices and standards for all 3D outputs from Design, including fabric, trim and garment modeling and rendering.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in large scale fashion retail in Digital Product Creation, Product Development or Product Design function..
  • 5+ years of advanced skills on 3D applications such as CLO 3D, Browzwear, Substance Suite, Modo, and/or fabric analyzers and scanners.
  • Experience or exploration in AI visualization tools.
  • Extensive experience working in partnership with technology teams and the business to research, select, implement and develop new tools.
  • Deep understanding of the apparel development process.
  • Expertise in fit and pattern making is a plus, including grading, construction, and manufacturing methods for multiple product types, categories, and divisions.
  • Ability to work in an extremely collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer orientation and creative drive.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience leading scaled implementations or experience with change management.
