DescriptionAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of public construction projects valued at $50M.Collaborate with project managers to monitor project schedules and budgets.Communicate effectively with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment.Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.Support procurement processes, including vendor selection and materials purchasing.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.Identify and address potential project risks or delays proactively.Contribute to the preparation and delivery of project presentations and updates.Profile1-5 years of experience in the construction industry.Preferred project background: Ground-up or renovation experience on projects $20M+, ideally within public, academic, or K-12 construction.Education: An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).Technical Skills: Experience using Procore or other construction management software.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.Must be commutable to Waltham, MA.
