This role will report to Senior Manager Engineering, Business Solutions and Engineering

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and performance-oriented UI components and features using modern front-end technologies like React. Focusing on consistent delivery of software and systems that move the company towards achieving short and long-term objectives
  • Working closely with Product Management, UX, Backend Engineers, SDET and Support organizations to deliver industry-leading features to the market. Translate requirements into technical solutions and seamless user experiences
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices in UI development. Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and consistency
  • Driving the adoption of new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and UI performance
  • Optimizing UI components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
  • Ensuring the UI complies with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and adhere to company design guidelines
  • Providing technical mentorship to junior engineers and share knowledge across teams to foster a culture of learning and improvement

You will be a great fit if you have: 

  • 7+ years of professional experience in front-end/UI development, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Deep Understanding of Web UI, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Deep understanding of React
  • Strong understanding of the E2E request/response cycle between client and server (HTTP, Server side, browser internals) for delivering blazing-fast, high-performance applications
  • Great understanding of CSS
  • Good understanding of ECMAScript and TypeScript
  • Experience with build tools like Webpack and testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress
  • Cross-browser scalability & compatibility in multiple browsers like Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari and Mozilla Firefox
  • Ability to build responsive, and accessibility-compliant applications (i.e. WCAG)
  • Bonus Skills:
    • Experience with RPA platforms or automation tools
    • Experience evaluating and implementing component libraries
    • Familiarity with backend technologies
    • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
    • Understanding how to write code with the help of AI

  • Attention to detail and quality focus – Committed to writing clean, maintainable code and ensuring compliance with performance, accessibility, and design standards

The base salary range for this position in California, New York, and Washington is $205,000 – $220,000 and outside of those locations is $195,000 – $210,000 a year. The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
