Works with Office Delivery Managers and Office Quality Managers to ensure compliance with the Quality SOP and assist with the development of quality work plans for all mega projects. Provides Division assistance on mega projects (not provided at firm-wide level) during SDA milestone events (work planning sessions, contracting and risk sessions, mega RRs and kick-off meetings, SMRs and Monthly Project Reviews (MPRs), Technical Reviews and Quality audits). Facilitates project recovery action plan development on problem projects and follow through to success. Works closely with the Division Operation Officer for negotiations and contracting strategies and oversight including coordination with the Corporate Delivery and Contracting Organization staff as appropriate. Participates in select mega client satisfaction audits with Division Presidents, Client Service Leaders and others at least once per quarter. Facilitates work planning sessions for all mega projects that are not supported at the Infrastructure level. Carries out other duties as assigned.
