We are looking for a Digital Designer, Marketing Design Systems to support the creation and application of marketing design systems – a living ecosystem of reusable brand components, standards, and assets that serves as a single source of truth for crafting consistent, high-quality digital B2B brand experiences at scale across every customer touchpoint – with outputs including, but are not limited to, GTM program brand identity, scalable templates, and reusable brand components for emails, websites, portals, presentations, proposals, and sales and marketing collateral. This role reports to the Digital Design Director and is ideal for a digital designer with approximately five years of experience who is execution-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple B2B brands and clients. The majority of this role is hands-on design execution. You will apply shared systems to real client work and help evolve them through use, improving consistency, efficiency, and quality. Key Responsibilities Design Systems Contribution Execute against and contribute to shared marketing design systems, including templates and components for email modules, website sections, presentation layouts, proposal templates, and marketing collateral Build and maintain reusable assets in Figma using best practices such as auto layout, variants, and shared libraries Apply marketing systems across multiple clients and brands to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement surfaced through real project work, and raise them with the Digital Design Director for prioritization Support documentation and usage guidance to help teams apply marketing systems effectively Client Delivery and Execution Design marketing and digital assets including email templates, landing pages, websites, proposal and presentation templates, case study layouts, brand identity systems, and sales collateral Translate strategy, messaging, and requirements into clear, effective visual design Apply shared systems thoughtfully while adapting to different brand needs and audiences Collaborate with strategists, writers, developers, and account partners throughout the delivery process Participate in client presentations, reviews, and working sessions as needed Collaboration and Craft Work closely with the Digital Design Director to execute system priorities and direction Contribute constructively to critiques and feedback sessions Manage multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and attention to detail Maintain a high bar for craft while working efficiently within shared framework Qualifications and Experience Approximately five years of professional experience in digital or marketing design, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment Strong proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, variants, auto layout, and documentation Experience creating or applying reusable templates and systems for marketing assets Ability to execute high-quality design across a range of marketing and digital deliverables Comfort collaborating with developers on marketing websites and templates, with an understanding of basic front-end constraints and handoff Ability to take direction while also identifying opportunities to improve work and systems Clear communication skills and comfort participating in client-facing conversations Screen-In Signals You enjoy creating reusable templates and systems that make marketing work faster and more consistent You are comfortable designing across emails, websites, presentations, and sales collateral You care about scalability and reuse without losing design quality You enjoy working across multiple brands and client contexts Screen-Out Signals You are primarily focused on product, application, or UX design for software platforms You are looking for a role centered on user research, journey mapping, or app flows You prefer one-off design work without regard for reuse or consistency You are only interested in brand identity design Location: Remote or Hybrid About MODintelechy MODintelechy is a marketing and revenue growth consultancy helping B2B enterprise organizations scale with clarity, creativity, and purpose. Key Responsibilities · Collaborate with PSMs, TAM’s and ProServ to design infrastructure and technology solutions that meet partner objectives. · Create and maintain design packages, Scopes of Work (SOW), and Bill of Materials (BOM) for projects and upgrades. · Standardize recurring project types (onboarding, server replacements, firewall upgrades, etc.) with templates and automation. · Interface with vendors and distributors to ensure solutions are cost-effective, compatible, and technically sound. · Validate compatibility of proposed designs with partner environments (licensing, networking, hardware lifecycle, etc.). · Assist in documenting and improving internal design standards and solution frameworks. · Support escalations related to design assumptions, change requests, and vendor issues. · Participate in post-mortem reviews to continuously improve templates, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and design governance. · Maintain current technical expertise by earning two pre-approved technical certifications annually, ensuring continued proficiency with evolving technologies and industry best practices. · Perform other duties as assigned or otherwise identified. Day-to-Day Tasks · Review incoming requests for design support and scope new projects. · Build or update design packages and proposals using standardized templates. · Validate lifecycle items with TAMs (e.g., server refresh, OS upgrades, licensing alignment). · Collaborate with ProServ on technical feasibility and implementation readiness. · Respond to escalations regarding design assumptions or scope creep. · Update IT Glue/ConnectWise and other documentation with revised standards or vendor insights. · Provide feedback to leadership on patterns, risks, and opportunities for stack improvement. Escalation Responsibilities 1. Design Assumption Escalations- Revalidate scope, reassess options, adjust design, and coordinate with ProServ for change orders. 2. Scope Creep/Change Requests- Determine scope boundaries, redesign as needed, and work with PSMs to re-quote. 3. Vendor or Platform Escalations- Act as liaison with vendor support, recommend design adjustments/workarounds, update internal limitations. 4. Recurring Implementation Misalignment- Participate in retrospectives, revise templates, and flag systemic process breakdowns. Qualifications Education · Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. · Equivalent experience in solution design, architecture, or pre-sales engineering will be considered. Experience · 5+ years of IT experience in MSP, systems integrator, or IT consulting environment. · Strong background in infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security solution design. · Proven experience scoping and pricing IT projects (hardware, software, services). · Familiarity with MSP stack tools (e.g., ConnectWise CPQ, IT Glue, Lifecycle Insights) preferred. · Experience working cross-functionally with service delivery teams and account managers. We are looking for a Digital Designer, Marketing Design Systems to support the creation and application of marketing design systems – a living ecosystem of reusable brand components, standards, and assets that serves as a single source of truth for crafting consistent, high-quality digital B2B brand experiences at scale across every customer touchpoint – with outputs including, but are not limited to, GTM program brand identity, scalable templates, and reusable brand components for emails, websites, portals, presentations, proposals, and sales and marketing collateral.This role reports to the Digital Design Director and is ideal for a digital designer with approximately five years of experience who is execution-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple B2B brands and clients. The majority of this role is hands-on design execution. Key Responsibilities 

Design Systems Contribution 

  • Execute against and contribute to shared marketing design systems, including templates and components for email modules, website sections, presentation layouts, proposal templates, and marketing collateral
  • Build and maintain reusable assets in Figma using best practices such as auto layout, variants, and shared libraries
  • Apply marketing systems across multiple clients and brands to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality
  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or opportunities for improvement surfaced through real project work, and raise them with the Digital Design Director for prioritization
  • Support documentation and usage guidance to help teams apply marketing systems effectively

Client Delivery and Execution 

  • Design marketing and digital assets including email templates, landing pages, websites, proposal and presentation templates, case study layouts, brand identity systems, and sales collateral
  • Translate strategy, messaging, and requirements into clear, effective visual design
  • Apply shared systems thoughtfully while adapting to different brand needs and audiences
  • Collaborate with strategists, writers, developers, and account partners throughout the delivery process
  • Participate in client presentations, reviews, and working sessions as needed

Collaboration and Craft 

  • Work closely with the Digital Design Director to execute system priorities and direction
  • Contribute constructively to critiques and feedback sessions
  • Manage multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and attention to detail
  • Maintain a high bar for craft while working efficiently within shared framework

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Approximately five years of professional experience in digital or marketing design, preferably in an agency or multi-client environment
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, variants, auto layout, and documentation
  • Experience creating or applying reusable templates and systems for marketing assets
  • Ability to execute high-quality design across a range of marketing and digital deliverables
  • Comfort collaborating with developers on marketing websites and templates, with an understanding of basic front-end constraints and handoff
  • Ability to take direction while also identifying opportunities to improve work and systems
  • Clear communication skills and comfort participating in client-facing conversations
