We’re looking for a passionate designer who is interested in designing analog and mixed-signal ICs for Power Management Products utilizing leading edge sub-micron BiCMOS /DMOS technologies.   • Understand ESD, latch-up, and reliability.   
  • Understand general IC qualification requirements.

Qualifications:

  • A PhD graduate with relevant expertise in the field or MSEE degree with a minimum of two years of experience in Semiconductor and/or Analog/Power Integrated Circuit Design experience.

  • Solid understanding of circuit fundamental.
  • Good verbal and written skills.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in Washington is $140,000 - $160,000.
