Who is NTE, NTE 35W, and LBJ? The North Tarrant Express (NTE) was the first design-build-finance-operate-maintain managed lanes project in Texas and consisted of the complete reconstruction of 13.3 miles of the existing I-820/SH-183 corridor between Dallas and Fort Worth. Since opening in October 2014, nine months ahead of the contracted completion date, the general highway lanes are experiencing a 70% decrease in congestion time and a 15% increase in average speed. This Cintra-led project has doubled capacity and significantly improved mobility along this heavily congested corridor that traverses the heart of six cities through Northeast Tarrant County. The North Tarrant Express 35W (NTE 35W) project spans 16.8 miles from I-30 in downtown Fort Worth to Eagle Parkway at the north end of Alliance Airport. The project is operated and maintained by the Cintra-led consortium in North Texas. This project has improved mobility by adding additional road capacity through a combination of general highway lanes and continuous frontage roads, along with tolled express lanes that use variable pricing to keep traffic moving. The LBJ Express (LBJ) is currently the largest P3 operation in Texas and one of the largest ever undertaken in the U.S. It is a regionally-significant transportation improvement project in North Texas that is relieving severe congestion in the dense urban area of north Dallas. In 2009, the Cintra-led consortium was selected to complete the design, construction, finance, operation, and maintenance of the project along I-635 and I-35E. This person will handle the manufacturing of card prototypes/sample proofs and on-site Press Checks for Thales Customers. The Card Prototyping Specialist supports the CSR team when customers request advice about Thales Card products and options available. This role is also in charge of handling the retains and sample cards to support the customer production launch Key Areas of Responsibility Among the key functions are: Participate in conference call with Customer design/marketing team and give the relevant advice when a new design needs to be launched. Define with the support of Studio&Prepress the best way to produce press proofs and makes sure are within Thales quality standards. Follow the sample proofs manufacturing and delivery schedule. Organizes and coordinates the press checks and press proofs. Ensure the technical review form is updated according to the produced samples. Contribute to the new products qualification. What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the Associate Design Director and Senior Designers to design printed brand materials, marketing assets, website elements, and social media graphics to drive engagement and performance.
  • Help manage brand templates, design libraries, and asset libraries to drive efficiency for the team.
  • Support the Brand Creative team by researching trends, pulling inspiration, and help with mockups and revisions for broader marketing campaigns and product launches.

Who You Are:

  • Currently enrolled full-time as a student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree majoring or concentrating in Graphic Design or a related field, graduating between Spring 2026 and Spring 2027.
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to explore new technologies and creative solutions.
  • Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and HTML/CSS. Bonus if you have experience with Generative AI tools, animation or video editing programs, or JavaScript.
  • A creative problem-solver who takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
