You will be based at our facility near Minneapolis, MN and work with a multi-disciplinary team in establishing the needs of our customers while designing and bringing innovative solutions for ENT applications to market. This role is a fixed-term contract which is valid through 30th September 2027 What you will do: Design & Development: Independently research, design, prototype, and validate components/modules for medical devices, translating design inputs into sub-system specifications. Problem Solving: Apply fundamental and advanced engineering concepts to develop and analyze innovative solutions, including proof-of-concept prototypes. Customer & Clinical Insight: Understand customer needs, intended product use, and clinical procedures to inform design decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and other teams to drive project success with minimal supervision. Documentation & Compliance: Create and refine engineering documentation, including Design History Files, adhering to regulatory and quality standards.
