Deep system-level understanding of power delivery solutions for SoCs, including thermal constraints, package and board effects, noise requirements, load modeling, etc. Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink, industry standard silicon EDA tools (Cadence) and circuit simulators (spice, etc.). Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability & desire to work as a great teammate. What you'll be doing:

  • As a senior team member, you will collaborate closely with other System/Software Architects, Power Integrity /Packaging experts and Product and Process engineers to understand product challenges and quantify energy efficiency improvements of integrated power delivery solutions.

  • You will be breaking down complex Systems-on-package into simpler and tractable electrical models to identify and assess feasible solutions, and further translate these into a coherent set of voltage regulator features and specifications.

  • Deep system-level understanding of power delivery solutions for SoCs, including thermal constraints, package and board effects, noise requirements, load modeling, etc.

  • Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink, industry standard silicon EDA tools (Cadence) and circuit simulators (spice, etc.).

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and the ability & desire to work as a great teammate.
