Develop product designs and engineering solutions from concept through production
Create and maintain engineering models, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Drive design improvements focused on performance, quality, cost, and manufacturability
Support prototype development, testing, validation, and production launch activities
Project Support & Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and sales
Manage assigned engineering projects and technical deliverables
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues throughout the product development process
Participate in customer and supplier discussions to ensure successful project outcomes
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Apply engineering best practices, standards, and design methodologies
Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations
Lead or support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Contribute to the development of innovative products and processes that improve performance and efficiency
Technical Expectations
Working knowledge of mechanical systems, structural design, and material selection
Experience applying Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles
Familiarity with FEA analysis and product validation methods
Understanding of fabrication, welding, and manufacturing processes
Ability to independently manage assigned engineering projects and priorities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with CAD modeling and engineering documentation
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
3–5 years of engineering experience in product development, manufacturing, or a related environment
Demonstrated ability to manage engineering assignments with limited supervision
Experience supporting product development through the full engineering lifecycle
Strong communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills
Ability to balance technical requirements, customer expectations, and business objectives
