Develop comprehensive test plans that cover all functional and non-functional requirements. Define detailed test procedures and acceptance criteria for each test case. Create and review manufacturing documents, including schematics, layouts, and bills of materials. Bring newly designed boards to life in the lab, ensuring a smooth transition from design to prototype. Debug and troubleshoot issues through systematic analysis and the use of specialized test equipment. Execute test plans in a laboratory setting to verify that boards meet all specified requirements. Document test results and perform root cause analysis on any discrepancies. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent 8+ years of experience in design, development, and test of PCBs to include schematics and layouts A breadth of understanding and expertise in electronics hardware development such as developing sophisticated circuit cards, consumer electronics, wireless devices, or other electronic commercial or aerospace products Experience designing and testing analog, high-speed digital, or mixed-signal circuits, including part selection, analysis, simulation, laboratory testing, and problem-solving.
