  • Oversee language across a broad product suite, building taxonomies, glossaries, and other artifacts in support

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • A proven understanding of the English written language and its role in crafting high-quality UX
  • A demonstrated ability to work with technical terminology and complex systems
  • An eye/ear for cohesive, intuitive storytelling, and for high-quality, well-crafted design
  • Fluency in Figma, with experience using our suite of tools
  • Experience working independently to explore information architecture, mental models, and content
  • A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners and leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to craft simple language solutions to highly complex user problems

While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience building, managing, and/or using design systems-components, variables, and props are part of your vocabulary
  • An understanding of common AI tools and concepts
  • A generative spirit, and excitement about coming up with novel, simple solutions and language

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills.
