You have sensitivity and awareness of brand voice, neutral voices, product marketing, and product design. You enjoy collaborating with cross functional partners and often initiate the collaboration. You have strong beliefs, loosely held. You're a good listener who collaborates well with different stakeholders. You observe and internalize all inputs and feedback to help you reach a decision. You understand that momentum drives progress. You value working cross-functionally with project management, engineering, research and data - in addition to your design peers. About Lumafield: Lumafield was founded in 2019 to upgrade manufacturing. We are engineers with deep experience across the product development cycle, from initial ideas to shipping hardware, across industries and specializations, who became frustrated by the cost and complexity of modern manufacturing. By offering unprecedented visibility into products, as well as AI-driven tools that highlight problems and generate quantitative data, Lumafield promises to revolutionize the way complex products are created, manufactured, and used across industries. We rebuilt the whole system, from X-ray capture, to computer vision analysis, to web-based collaboration, to the entire business model, making the most advanced manufacturing tech more accessible to every industry. Our company, like our platform, is designed for upgrades. We're building for greater intelligence, autonomy, and speed. For deeper vision, operational excellence, and powerful insights. This role is designed for someone mid-career who can jump in and elevate everything they touch. Produce well conceived layouts and visuals for marketing and training resources such as whitepapers, animated video assets and product documentation. Own high quality deliverables across all of your projects with autonomy and responsibility. About you: Have an open mind and a passion for learning and the unknown. Have a flexible and expanding set of skills and tools you lean on. Enjoy both concept work and production work and can switch between sketches and refined deliverables with ease. Enjoy learning new technologies and techniques; the ability to grasp and engage with complex emerging tech is core to our business. Looking for an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and unique team solving big problems for customers who make the everyday objects that our world runs on.
