Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our QA team as an Ecommerce UX Reviewer. In this role, you will specialize in meticulously evaluating the user experience of e-commerce websites and mobile apps, providing critical feedback to optimize the shopping journey, increase conversion rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Execute detailed usability testing scenarios focused on product Browse, cart management, checkout flows, and post-purchase experiences.
Identify and document any friction points, confusing elements, or design flaws that hinder the e-commerce user journey.
Provide actionable recommendations to design and development teams to improve website/app navigation, product presentation, and checkout efficiency.
Ensure consistent and intuitive user experience across various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and browsers.
Submit comprehensive daily or weekly reports on e-commerce UX observations and suggested improvements.
Requirements:
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and user behavior.
