The successful candidate will join a talented and motivated multi-disciplinary IC development team, leading the design verification of impactful and innovative analog and mixed-signal products and technologies, and collaborating with internal technology groups and external technology vendors to establish and continuously improve a best-practice development methodology for the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in electronics engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of experience
  • Leadership of full-chip level design verification of mixed signal devices
  • IC top-level DMS UVM verification, Functional Oriented and Randomized Verification, and Gate Level Simulation
  • Top-level metric-driven analog mixed-signal (AMS) simulations
  • Modelling and validation of analog blocks (RNM, Verilog-AMS)
  • Proficiency with Cadence tool suite
  • Verification planning tools (ePlanner/vManager) and scripting languages (Shell/TCL/PERL/Python)
  • Experience with multiple clock and power domains
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate with a global team

Role

  • Lead pre-silicon verification of impactful, innovative mixed-signal products, leading and managing a team of verification engineers
  • Bridge the verification and validation environments, supporting post-silicon validation
  • Execute for 100% verification coverage, combining DMS and AMS, top-level and IP-level
  • Establish and continuously improve verification flows, methodologies and models for the team
  • Support project management, task planning, resource planning, and scheduling
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership, enabling a culture of continuous learning and improvement
