Your Role As an Interior Design Leader at Gensler San Antonio, you will lead creative, collaborative teams dedicated to design innovation and excellence. Use your unique design perspective to bring new approaches to the design process and strategy, develop next-generation talent, and help our clients redesign what's possible. What You Will Do Lead the creative efforts on client projects, developing overall design concepts and design presentation strategies Mentor and provide creative direction to design teams Act as the primary design interface with clients and consultants Collaborate with team members and colleagues to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach and philosophy Participate in business development and marketing efforts Producing space plans, furniture plans, elevations, conceptual and finished design presentation documentation Provide solutions to design problems and generate design alternatives Review drawings, mock-ups, materials, and finish samples submitted by project contractors Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of design 10+ years of professional interior design experience required NCIDQ/RID Certification is required Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills Proficiency in Revit and other computer design programs, 3ds Max preferred If you're open to considering a relocation to the San Antonio, Texas area, please apply! Internship Overview: You'll spend your summer with Minnesota's premier casino resort and entertainment destination-gaining hands-on experience and having plenty of fun along the way. Our 10-week, full-time internship is based at the Mystic Lake and Little Six offices in Prior Lake, MN, where we focus on inspiring possibilities, fostering meaningful connections, and creating memorable experiences.

Each week brings something new: from touring Hocokata Ti, our cultural center, to color runs, networking events, and team activities, there's always something to look forward to. Beyond the experiences, you'll work on meaningful projects that have an impact on the business while learning what it takes to thrive in the dynamic gaming and entertainment industry. With fun as one of our core values, you'll enjoy connecting with fellow interns while exploring our culture and philanthropic efforts-making this summer an exciting and rewarding journey.

You'll be a perfect fit if: You possess a solid understanding of design apps within Adobe Creative Cloud, with After Effects knowledge a bonus. You have an eye for detail, have taken typography classes and are familiar with color theory studies. You take critiques gracefully and are open to working with multiple teams on projects. You are ready to put your skills to work by thinking creatively, asking questions along the way to learn more about our brand and submitting your opinion to the team.
