In This Role

• Support Category Product Developers with requested design work, including concept development, design execution, CAD, material, finish, and fabric selection
• Conduct visual research and gather inspiration
• Review and refine design concepts in collaboration with Category Owners
• Small Design project to support cross category teams
• Organize and maintain design assets and libraries
• Participate in category meetings to gain exposure to cross-functional processes and provide support as needed
• Collaborate with Product Developers on swatch reviews and update swatch imagery accordingly
• Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

The Ideal Person

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
• Strong visual and conceptual design skills with an understanding of materials, finishes, and textiles
• Proficient in CAD and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Understanding of product databases or content management systems (CMS) used to maintain product information
