About the Role At H3X, we are building the most advanced electric motors in the world for sustainable aviation, marine, industrial, and defense applications. At 12 kW/kg continuous, the HPDM family of integrated motor drives is a step change in electric propulsion technology and removes one of the main barriers blocking widespread proliferation of electric and hybrid aircraft. We are seeking a Design Coordinator to support projects in our Eastern Business Unit. Our ideal candidate will proactively partner with Design Managers and other members of the project team to provide Design Coordination support on projects from start to finish. Detailed Description: Assist project managers, design managers, and project analysts with design related project kick-off activities, including but not limited to, development of a work breakdown structure, project management plan, project schedule, and identification of key project success metrics. Coordinate production of digital and/or hardcopy design submittals for client review. Production and oversight of specifications, including formatting, tracking, and cross-referencing. Create and maintain master specification lists, action item lists, consolidated comment logs, decision logs, and other design-related lists/logs as needed. This project is a combination of Hospitality and residential "Sunday Homes". In this role, this candidate will incorporate ICON's proprietary technology to change how we build. Project Managers at ICON are responsible for delivering quality buildings that adhere closely to the design documents and scope of the project.
