The Design Specialist role is for those who excel at turning visions into reality. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Guide Clients Through Design – Lead buyers through selections in our world-class Design Studio, ensuring decisions are made no less than 45 days before groundbreaking.
  • Own Client Relationships – Maintain consistent communication and track the buyer journey to guarantee a top-tier experience from start to finish.
  • Ensure Flawless Reporting – Keep sales data, design choices, and client updates accurate and organized.
  • Market Like a Pro – Partner with local teams on marketing initiatives that enhance the design studio experience and fuel community engagement.
  • Drive Excitement – Your energy and expertise generate buzz and build momentum during pre-construction, creating raving fans before the first brick is laid.

  • Experience in customer service, design consulting, marketing, or sales and retail-driven environments preferred.
