Join our team as a Color Designer and contribute to the development of products that emphasize quality and longevity. This role supports the Kids & Core Color & Materials Design team within Global Jordan, focusing on strategic color design for CORE products.

Location: Beaverton, OR

Salary Range: $35-43 per hour

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in color design for footwear.
• Proficiency in strategic color design for CORE products, focusing on longevity and not seasonal trends.
• Ability to offer designs based on established color lines.
• Must include portfolios demonstrating understanding of CORE consumers and storytelling in design.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
• Ability to derive color inspiration from clear sources and relate them to consumer needs.
• Effective at taking feedback and incorporating it into design work.
• Experience with enterprise-level retailers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Kids & Core Color & Materials Design team to develop color strategies.
• Engage in storytelling to enhance the consumer's interaction with the product.
• Work closely with partners to ensure alignment with the CORE consumer's needs.
