Our UX apprentices work through the end-to-end UX design and UX research process for a startup idea of their choice that will help them attract hiring managers in that topic space or industry. Apprentices take our program for free and receive 1:1 mentorship throughout the 7-month program, as well as 1:1 UX career coaching support for up to 3 months after the program ends. Skills:
· 5+ years of professional experience in UX design. Required 5 years
· Comprehensive understanding of human-centered design and design thinking. Required 5 Years
· Experience planning and executing user research. Required 5 Years
· Ability to synthesize complex qualitative data. Required 5 Years
· Experience developing and testing low-, medium-, and high-fidelity wireframes and other types of prototypes with stakeholders. Required 3 Years
· Experience designing a user journey map and the ability to then identify touchpoints and pain points. Required 5 Years
· Ability to plan and execute co-creation workshops with relevant stakeholders. Required 5 Years
· Experience planning and executing community outreach events. Required 5 Years
Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
