  • Contribute to the definition, optimisation, and improvement of user journeys, helping simplify complex cloud processes into intuitive experiences.

  • Participate in UX exploration: identify friction points, propose enhancements, and support user‑centric decision‑making.

  • Assist in maintaining and enriching the ArrowSphere Platform Design System to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints.

Design & Delivery

  • Participate in the global UX/UI process across the platform ecosystem, ensuring all new developments align with UX standards and brand guidelines.

  • Design and prototype new features and improvements for various user groups (internal teams, resellers, end customers).

  • Develop responsive layouts, UI components, and interface elements supporting platform evolution.

  • Produce clear design specifications and, when needed, basic HTML/CSS snippets to validate feasibility.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, development teams, and other stakeholders.

  • Support development teams during delivery to ensure accurate translation of design specifications.

  • Contribute to platform maintenance and iterative improvements across user journeys and interface elements.

What we are looking for:

  • A portfolio demonstrating 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design for responsive web applications, ideally in SaaS, cloud, B2B, or e‑commerce environments (in‑house or consulting).

  • Ability to apply UX principles and contribute meaningful improvements to user journeys.

  • Proficiency with digital design and prototyping tools: Figma, Adobe Suite.

  • Analytical mindset with basic familiarity with analytics tools.

  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow in a fast‑moving environment.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Good level of English (global team) + French (minimum B2 level).

  • Comfortable working in Agile methodology.

  • Degree in UX, Multimedia, Digital Design, or related fields.

Required Skills:

  • Office Suite: Teams, PowerPoint

  • Atlassian: Jira, Confluence

  • UX / Design: Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)

  • Technical: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not engineering‑level)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with AI‑assisted design tools (Figma AI, ideation, automation…)
