Required Skills

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of New York, NY, Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position requires 4 days a week in person working from client office.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Preferred Skills:

  • Candidate should be responsible for leading and managing end to end technical deliverables of 4 to 5 cross-functional POD teams
  • Role demands strong proficiency in UI Full stack engineering including Angular (v10+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RxJS, along with experience in building responsive, modular, and reusable UI components. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, state management tools (like NgRx), testing frameworks (Jasmine/Karma), CI/CD pipelines, MongoDB, SQL and Azure Cloud is essential
  • Demonstrates the ability to provide technical oversight across multiple POD teams, ensuring consistency in technical standards and leveraging the expertise of senior team members to achieve project outcomes
  • Articulate solution approach to both business & IT stakeholders at low/mid/senior levels, from concept phase through build and deployment to support phase, gain their confidence
  • Work closely with client stake holders including engineering leads, Product team & solution architects etc.
  • Possesses the ability to think strategically about software systems, designing solutions that are scalable, maintainable, secure, and align with business needs
  • Finance and banking domain knowledge is must.
  • Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations requirements
  • Application and development of standards and policies - both technical and methodology
  • Experience to work in a Global delivery environment
  • Experience in Cloud based development platforms and end to end integration
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and methodologies
