The Circuit and Mask Design Engineer will be responsible for the layout/design and procurement of photolithography masks in support of Micross AIT’s post-CMOS wafer processing technologies, including advanced interconnect (TSV, copper RDL, and wafer bumping) and IR emitter pixel fabrication. The die and wafer layouts will successfully interface with customer CMOS pads (or I/O’s) per customer specifications. Duties will include generating die layouts and wafer-level layouts for review by the customer (internal or external), ordering lithography masks (Stepper reticles or contact aligner mask), and reviewing mask vendor data before vendor fabricates the masks. Compensation: This is a full-time, benefits-eligible, exempt (salaried) position. The full salary range for this position is $197,000 - $305,600 per year. The upper third of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time. When an offer is made, many factors are considered, such as your unique experience and skills, where you live, where the work will be performed, what similar jobs pay and internal equity. In addition to base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for additional incentives, such as short- and long-term incentives. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Design Engineer to join our engineering and infrastructure development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a proven track record in the design and analysis of buildings, bridges, or civil infrastructure projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop safe, sustainable, and cost-effective structural solutions from concept through construction. This position features hybrid flexibility. Responsibilities: Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of infrastructure projects, including commercial buildings, bridges, transportation systems, and public works. Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and calculations in accordance with applicable codes and standards (e.g., AISC, ACI, ASCE, IBC). Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and construction teams to ensure design intent is realized. Utilize engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.Pro , SAP2000, or ETABS for design and modeling. Review and validate contractor submittals, shop drawings, and field reports during the construction phase. Conduct site visits and inspections to evaluate existing structures or to oversee ongoing construction. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permitting requirements, and industry standards. Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities. Prepare technical reports, design justifications, and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory agencies. $45 - $55 an hour
