Requirements: We are looking for an outstanding UX/UI designer to lead the design of the Orion platform. You will apply user-experience research and design methodologies to catalyze the development of the platform for molecular design. You will partner with product, UI engineering, drug-discovery science, marketing and senior leadership to oversee the user experience of therapeutic design. In your role, you will work with Ph.D. drug-discovery scientists and commercial teams, as well as conduct user research and synthesize the many voices into a unified and strategic roadmap to guide our design. You will develop sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and working prototypes and iteratively refine solutions as designs are implemented to deliver creative, consistent and practical solutions. You will provide advocacy for human-centered design.
