Your Role The Regional Design Technology Director - South Central reports to Gensler's Global Director of Design Technology and the SC Regional Managing Principals. It is a critical leadership role with significant focus on human enablement, internal and external relationship building and organizationally places you at the Global Design Technology Leadership of the firm. Participate in establishing and driving the Design Technology roadmap for the firm. Lead cultural, process-driven and technical training in Design Technology. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent with 15+ years of experience in AEC/O space.
