About This Role We are seeking an Architect Design Lead experienced in the design and construction of critical facilities to become a leader in our Construction team. We are building a one-of-a-kind facility that will be the foundation of our operations. Basic Qualifications Registered Architect. 8+ years of professional experience in mission critical building design, construction and/or operations. Experience with industry standards, building codes and safety standards. Experience with Office, Revit/BIM, Bluebeam, Autodesk, or similar design software applications. Knowledge depth (SME) of building systems design and architectural details for steel, concrete, tilt-up and insulated metal panel structures. Significant experience in geotechnical/soils design, concrete and steel structural design, sustainable design, interior/exterior finish systems, and design of physical security systems.
