Construction Design Technician Job Summary: The Construction Design Technician is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the design team in creating accurate and high-quality construction design documents. Working under the guidance of a Construction Design Team Lead, the Technician assists with drafting, redline implementation, quality checks, and project documentation. Requirements What you'll need to succeed This internship is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career designer with strong fundamentals and interest across brand, web, motion, and video. Strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, composition A portfolio showcasing brand, web, motion, or video work (academic, freelance, or startup work welcome) Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Confidence designing in PowerPoint and Google Slides Experience working with Webflow (designing and building pages) Experience with motion and video tools (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) Comfort using AI tools to accelerate design, motion, and video workflows Understanding of brand systems and consistency Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Startup or high-growth exposure preferred NYC-based and happy working hybrid Benefits $20 per hour paid internship.
