Contribute to the development of new concepts of operation (CONOPS) and force design concepts. Assesses the cost implications of proposed force design changes. Maintain a thorough understanding of current and future threats, geopolitical trends, and military doctrine. Qualifications: Required: Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7+ years of DoD Force Development and design and/or operational planning experience with PPBES. Will consider candidates with 12+ years of related or relevant experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience in positions of responsibility within an operational or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope. Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real or near real time knowledge management systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
