Key Responsibilities Design: Create and maintain visually compelling, brand-aligned web assets and layouts using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, while ensuring usability, accessibility, and responsive design across all devices. Website Project Management: Own the website roadmap, manage updates in Contentful, coordinate with developers, and plan short- and long-term initiatives that align with business goals and drive user experience improvements. Metrics & Analytics: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Clarity, and HotJar to track performance, identify optimization opportunities, and guide strategic UX and design enhancements based on data insights. We're looking for a highly proactive, organized, strategic Website Designer & Project Lead to own the end-to-end success of the Phenom corporate site (phenom.com) as well as our event microsites, and major landing pages. This role combines expert-level design skills with project management orchestration and cross-functional coordination to ensure our website consistently delivers an exceptional experience aligned with business goals and brand standards. You'll lead the website roadmap, help manage sprint planning, define scopes of work, and maintain a prioritized backlog of optimizations and initiatives. Acting as the central hub for all website efforts, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across content, product marketing, sales, and development to ensure cohesive execution that upholds and evolves our established brand identity across all touch points.

The ideal candidate brings a portfolio of thoughtful, brand-conscious Saas corporate website work and a proven track record of managing complex web projects from strategy to launch. You are a strong communicator who sets expectations clearly, facilitates alignment across teams, and ensures that both design excellence and business objectives are met. What You'll Do

The Day to Day

  • Design and maintain digital templates and layouts that consistently reflect Phenom's established brand.
  • Create engaging, user-friendly experiences across websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand execution across all digital touchpoints.
  • Collaborate daily with multiple teams to manage ongoing updates and changes across platforms.
  • Turn business objectives into high-performing, accessible, and SEO-optimized digital designs.
  • Identify and address UX gaps while maintaining accessibility, usability, and visual consistency.
  • Conduct deep research to support major website initiatives and develop impactful new design updates.

Key Responsibilities

Design:

  • Create and maintain visually compelling, brand-aligned web assets and layouts using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, while ensuring usability, accessibility, and responsive design across all devices.

Website Project Management:

  • Own the website roadmap, manage updates in Contentful, coordinate with developers, and plan short- and long-term initiatives that align with business goals and drive user experience improvements.

Metrics & Analytics:

  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Clarity, and HotJar to track performance, identify optimization opportunities, and guide strategic UX and design enhancements based on data insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, content, product, sales, and development teams to align priorities, communicate timelines, manage stakeholder expectations, and empower teams to manage website content.

What You've Done

  • 8+ years of equivalent experience in UX design and website administration.
  • Experience with Contentful (required), Strapi or other headless CMS and Webflow
  • Experience in the SaaS industry, particularly within a fast-paced, dynamic company offering a diverse portfolio of products.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams, both remotely and in-person, while clearly communicating design rationale and aligning solutions with business goals and functional requirements.
  • Skilled in iterating quickly while maintaining attention to detail, adapting to new tools, and optimizing processes in dynamic, collaborative environments.
