Role Requirements 10+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing teams and scaling design functions. Proven success leading design for data-rich, complex digital products (preferably web and mobile). Exceptional interaction and visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating business impact and user-centric design outcomes. Strong experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.
