ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Works closely with the Vice President of Design & Construction, and other members of the Senior Management team to manage construction and development projects so that they meet the goals established by the Senior Management team and Board of Directors. Works with the Senior Management team to align the Strategic Planning initiatives and goals for the Corporation with the 5-year capital plan. Manages capital construction projects from conceptual design through construction completion. Develops and manages capital investment projects.
