The Intern will assist various assigned teams to gain practical experience and contribute to projects and operations. This role provides an opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a real-world environment, offering valuable exposure to various business functions. This will be a part-time internship.

Responsibilities:

  • Design office announcements for digital signage
  • Prepare, direct, and QA design tasks that get sent to contractors
  • Build and refine templates for marketing & sales collateral (presentations, case studies, 1-pagers, ads, etc.)
  • Assist CD & AD with ongoing brand style guide work (i.e. research, building/expanding asset libraries)
  • Support event asset production
  • Help with file prep for vendor handoff
  • Take on overflow work from the design team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Active learner & problem solver
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
  • A good sense of visual hierarchy
  • Comfortable soliciting & receiving feedback
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud & Figma (auto layout, styles, components, variants, etc.)
  • Good file hygiene (file & layer naming/organization, character/paragraph styles, parent pages, etc.)
  • Familiarity with fundamental web design best practices

Educational Experience Requirement:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated interest in gaining hands-on experience and learning about different business functions
  • No prior professional experience required, though any relevant coursework or internship experience is a plus

$18 - $28 an hour

This band covers the full base compensation range for this role. Your offer within this range will depend on factors like experience, skills, and internal equity.
