Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our QA team as a Fintech UX Reviewer. In this role, you will be responsible for critically evaluating the entire user experience of financial technology applications and platforms, providing actionable feedback to ensure they are intuitive, transparent, and efficient for users managing their finances.
Responsibilities:
Execute detailed usability testing scenarios across various fintech products (e.g., banking apps, investment platforms, payment solutions).
Identify and document any friction points, confusing workflows, or lack of clarity in financial information presentation.
Provide strategic recommendations to product and design teams to enhance the overall user journey and financial literacy through improved UX.
Conduct heuristic evaluations and user flow analyses to anticipate user needs and potential misunderstandings.
