Leadership, Security & Agile Delivery: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, apply secure coding practices (OWASP, CWE), and deliver high-quality software using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies, with a focus on system resilience, customer experience, and stakeholder satisfaction. Proficient in advanced debugging and troubleshooting, including core, heap, and thread dump analysis. Experienced in documenting and coaching development best practices (e.g., branching, peer reviews, TDD, error handling). Strong understanding of advanced design patterns (e.g., MVC, API Gateway, Dependency Injection) for efficient code implementation. Skilled in conducting code reviews across applications to identify anti-patterns and support continuous refactoring. Ability to articulate technical debt and operational risks to stakeholders to drive prioritization and improvement.   • Leadership, Security & Agile Delivery: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, apply secure coding practices (OWASP, CWE), and deliver high-quality software using Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies, with a focus on system resilience, customer experience, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Proficient in advanced debugging and troubleshooting, including core, heap, and thread dump analysis.
  • Experienced in documenting and coaching development best practices (e.g., branching, peer reviews, TDD, error handling).
  • Strong understanding of advanced design patterns (e.g., MVC, API Gateway, Dependency Injection) for efficient code implementation.
