The ideal candidate will have real-world experience in multiple areas that span the hardware/software boundary: RF measurements, automation software, hardware development, and embedded firmware. What You’ll Do: Architect & Build : Drive and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable, secure and efficient entitlement, permission and authorization management systems Own your systems : Operate with a high degree of independence and autonomy to solve ambiguous problems, as well as take ownership of your work, from design to deployment, and be a champion for operational excellence Collaborate Effectively : Partner with project leads, product managers as well as other software developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions Mentor & Lead : Participate in shaping the long-term architecture and vision for the team. Wear Multiple Hats : Participate in the entire product lifecycle, implement new functionality, architect new systems, squash bugs, maintain the health and documentation of the code; and continuously grow as an engineer What You’ll Need: 6+ years of experience of working on highly scalable and available systems, as well as delivering quality software and architecture Proficiency with Java or Kotlin or any other object oriented programming language Strong proficiency in SQL, Spring & Kubernetes Experience scaling highly available, mission critical systems Experience leading and mentoring teams, and working on multi-quarter projects Knowledge of REST API, design patterns, and scalable containerized systems and microservices.
