Evaluate and integrate third-party large language models (LLMs) and APIs as they emerge (e.g., Claude, OpenAI Voice API). Develop and maintain a scalable, high-performance AI SDK tailored to both consumer and enterprise applications. Essential Qualifications 7+ years of experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or similar. 5+ years in a technical leadership or management role, guiding diverse and distributed teams. Proven experience integrating LLMs or other machine learning models into real-world, production-level products. Strong iterative development mindset, with a sense of ownership and accountability for project success. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical domains. Hands-on experience in voice technologies, personalization strategies, or prompt engineering. Deep knowledge of distributed systems and networked devices. Expertise in latency optimization, memory architecture, and cloud-device orchestration. Solid background in open-source machine learning or AI technologies. Our first product - the SPAN Panel - contains a complex network of microcontrollers and a single board computer that must work together to react quickly to changing conditions with impeccable reliability in order to perform its job.
