Senior Software Engineer

Radiant is seeking a driven Senior Software Engineer to work on simulation and analysis. In this role, you will collaborate with the Digital Twin team to improve simulation performance, build data analysis tools, and automate test suites for software verification. You will have an opportunity to work in an interdisciplinary environment with a high degree of ownership and drive milestones forward to unlock commercialization of the first mass-produced nuclear reactor.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Design and implement features in our simulation stack to provide an exceptional developer experience for internal users.
  • Own simulation automation and runtime performance to enable efficient and compliant safety analysis.
  • Collaborate across teams to streamline Digital Twin implementation workflow.
  • Define, develop, and maintain various mission-critical internal tools.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Python, C++, C#, or similar object-oriented programming languages.
  • Familiarity with Git, Docker, and common CI/CD frameworks.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Highly self-motivated with strong communication skills.
  • Experience writing or contributing to simulation tools.
  • Experience testing software and hardware systems.
