Job Summary The incumbent is accountable for maintenance / enhancement of existing computer-based systems supporting one or more areas or technologies. The purpose of this job is to perform, with minimal supervision, a variety of tasks associated with the implementation, evaluation, installation, testing, modification and maintenance of digital computer systems at Susquehanna, including associated computer networks. The incumbent works as an individual contributor with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. This support could be on 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week basis.
