Senior Computer and Information Systems Manager

Job Description:

The Computer and Information Systems Manager serves as the senior onsite contractor lead responsible for execution, oversight, and performance of all task order activities. This role ensures IT operations, cybersecurity, client support, network, and server teams meet mission requirements in accordance with Air Force standards.

Position Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination across IT Solutions, Projects, Requirements, and Operations teams to ensure approved baseline configurations and deployment readiness.
• Oversee requirements analysis and validation, ensuring customer IT needs align with approved Air Force configurations.
• Direct development of technical implementation plans including architecture, topology, schedules, and deployment strategies.
• Ensure technical site surveys are conducted and documented, including infrastructure, communications, power, HVAC, and environmental considerations.
• Provide senior technical guidance on hardware, software, and telecommunications architectures supporting current and future mission needs.
• Serve as IT Project Manager for multiple concurrent efforts, ensuring scope, schedule, and customer engagement objectives are met.
• Conduct weekly reviews of requirements and projects to ensure proper tasking, prioritization, and resourcing.
• Lead weekly status meetings with Government leadership, communicating progress, risks, and resolution plans.
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across all task order sections.
• Ensure approved Air Force ticketing systems are used consistently and accurately.
• Provide consolidated weekly reports to the CSO and COR on operational performance and system status.

Security Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active TS/SCI eligibility required at time of proposal
• Ability to work onsite at JBSA Lackland

Baseline Certifications

• DoD 8570.01-M / 8140 compliant
• IAT Level II (Security+ CE preferred), current and verifiable

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Management, or related field OR minimum 6 years of relevant IT leadership experience
• Senior-level experience managing IT operations or enterprise IT environments
• Demonstrated experience interfacing with Government leadership
