As the Director, Software Engineering (Mobile), you will lead a team of talented engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of our mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Proven 8+ years of experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms. At least 5 years of experience managing mobile teams. Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Kotlin, and Java. Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and best practices. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and APIs. Knowledge of cloud messaging APIs and push notifications. Proficiency with code versioning tools such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing and mentoring a team of engineers. Familiarity with cross-platform development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter. Knowledge of agile development methodologies. Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. Proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications on time.
