Job Summary As a District Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of top-performing sales professionals,ensuring they achieve and exceed sales goals within your designated region. Job Summary

As a District Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of top-performing sales professionals,ensuring they achieve and exceed sales goals within your designated region. During your training, you will work closely with your Director to master the sales process, utilizing the Atlas CRM platform for lead generation, financial analysis, sales presentations, and contract processing. Additional Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting the team to prospect clients.

  • Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.

  • Responsible for making sure the team achieves minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure quota.

  • Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.

  • Attend and lead weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with leader.
