  • Provide solutions consisting of systems architecture and design, technical specifications, implementation plan and testing methodology to address business needs.

  • Perform system repairs, upgrades, mitigate security vulnerability, and capacity assessments.

  • Perform root cause analysis of system failures and provide corrective actions. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely fashion.

  • Evaluate BI reporting system architecture and design, processes and recommend improvements. Implement load balancing, high availability, horizontal scale out architecture on AWS cloud Platform.

  • Implement latest technologies available within Cigna for automation BI Processes, CD/CI pipeline, log analyzing for BI Products.

  • Automate patching, upgrading, monitoring, alerts and deployments for BI products.

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve system performance and reliability.

  • Hybrid work schedule.

  • The base annual salary for this specific position is $179,892.00

Qualifications-

Requires a Master's degree in Computers or Engineering or a related field and 3 years of IT experience. (or Bachelor's degree in Computers or Engineering or a related field and 5 years of IT experience).
