HVAC Service Technician
We are thrilled to announce that our apprenticeship is now Trane-accredited!
With both your hourly pay and commissions, your total yearly income can range from $75,000 to $140,000.

The Big Task
As an HVAC Service Technician, you'll diagnose, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems in residential settings, ensuring systems operate efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.

Desired Skills and Experience
If you have strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and enjoy working directly with customers, you'll thrive as an HVAC Service Technician. You should have experience diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, knowledge of safety and code compliance, and the ability to manage time efficiently in the field. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience are essential.
