This role is responsible for the startup, commissioning, and warranty management of Carrier air- and water-cooled chillers. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, commissioning authorities, general contractors, and subcontractors.   • Application of chemical treatment and filtration of enclosed loops
  • Boiler and cooling tower maintenance and chemical treatment
  • Manage HVAC parts inventory and prepare purchase order requests
  • Assist with ordering HVAC parts and equipment as needed
  • Keep accurate maintenance and work order documentation
  • Safety - Familiarity with safety features of equipment and able to work in a safe manner at all times

Essential Skills

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with HVAC equipment
  • Must have valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
  • Extensive experience with hand tools, power tools and measuring devices
  • Knowledge of hydronic, steam, heat pump and forced air heating systems
