Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial HVAC Project Manager / Estimator position include:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial HVAC construction, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates
• Preparing accurate estimates for commercial HVAC projects by reviewing plans, specifications, and scopes of work
• Managing HVAC projects from bid through completion, including coordination with general contractors, clients, and field foremen
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings to determine material, labor, and equipment needs
• Overseeing job progress both on-site and in the office, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Working with construction and project management software; experience with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or Primavera is preferred but flexible
• Maintaining strong communication with all project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Operating independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
