We are a Mass Save partner and Home Performance Contractor seeking a qualified and motivated sales rep to join our growing team.

 

Position: BPI Certified Energy Auditor & Sales Rep

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home energy assessments and provided recommendations for home improvements, including HVAC systems, weatherization, and solar PV systems
  • Manage sales and client communications to ensure smooth installations and project completion goals
  • Attend weekly in-person training meetings to learn product and service knowledge and grow your skills

Experience:

  • No sales experience required; we provide exceptional training for motivated and coachable individuals.
  • Opportunity to run Mass Save energy audits if you are BPI certified and be able to pass Mass Save requirements for Building Analysts. Not required for the Sales role.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally.
  • Bilingual proficiency is an asset.

Compensation:

  • Competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $230,000+ per year.
  • Uncapped commission structure. Unlimited earning potential.
