The Facilities Maintenance HVAC Technician provides maintenance services for Sight & Sound properties including HVAC equipment, vehicles, and all S&S buildings and properties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with HVAC equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks and inspections with HVAC equipment.
  • Carry out repairs for HVAC components and oversee replacement of HVAC equipment.
  • Contribute to the overall upkeep and integrity of all Sight & Sound buildings and properties.
  • Support the maintaining of departmental and facility equipment, vehicles, inspections, and cleaning.
  • Partner to create and maintain an orderly, clean, and safe work environment to include all grounds and facility working areas.
